Shipping and Returns
We know that buying online can be daunting, so we've made the process as easy as possible!
Shipping Information:
Milk Ensemble uses Australia Post for deliveries within Australia. We charge a flat rate $9.95 for standard shipping within Australia (unless on shipping promotion) and $14.95 for express shipping. Shipping is free within Australia if you spend over $100 in one order (cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts).
Delivery times:
The shipping times below have been set by Australia Post. Please use these as a guide. Milk Ensemble is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post.
Standard Shipping - NSW: 2-4 business days
Interstate: 3-6 business days
Express Shipping- NSW: 1-2 business days
Interstate: 1-3 business days
All orders will receive a tracking number so that you can stay up to date with your delivery. Please note that we are not liable for lost/missing parcels due to errors on your part (incorrect address etc) or Australia Post. Please get in contact with Australia Post for any delivery delays or issues.
International Delivery:
We are now offering international shipping for a flat rate fee! Please note that any import or customs duties/taxes are charged once your package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the package and must be paid by you. Each country has differing duties/tax amounts so please speak with your local customs office to predict possible charges as milk ensemble is unable to estimate these charges. The recipient is liable to pay these charges.
Return Process:
Customers within Australia can return orders for a refund (to your original payment method, minus original shipping costs), within 7 days of receiving your items. We want to make your life easy (and we know you are a busy mum!) so we have made our returns process hassle free! If you would like to return something please just send us a instagram message or email (info@milkensemble.com.au) and we will get your refund organised. No paperwork required from you!
Your item(s) will just need to be in their original condition, in original packaging, unworn, unwashed and unstained (including but not limited to make up, fake tan, deodorant, smells etc). Unfortunately, we don't accept the return of final sale items (including black friday sale items). All final sale items are final, there is no store credit or refunds on final sale items unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Any return postage costs are to be covered by the customer. If free shipping was offered on your first order and you are seeking an exchange, we will need to charge a flat rate of $9.95 to cover second postage costs. We hope you can understand that as a small business postage becomes very costly. This ensures we can keep offering free shipping for customers first orders.
Note for Afterpay transactions: If you are seeking a refund for a order placed paying via Afterpay, we will happily refund the order value minus the commission that Afterpay charges us. As a small business when you place an order Afterpay takes a commission from the order, which we do not receive back if we need to refund your order. This can become very costly to us. As a way to continue offering refunds, we will need to deduct the commission amount from your refund (as a guide Afterpay charges merchants a transaction fee consisting of a fixed amount, typically $0.30, plus a commission rate of 5% of the sale). Please keep this in mind when using Afterpay. Otherwise we can happily exchange.
International orders: Unfortunately all international orders are final sales. We do not accept exchanges/refunds on international orders.
Exchange Process:
If you would like to exchange your size, please contact us via instagram, live chat on the website or email (info@milkensemble.com.au). We don't want you missing out on your size so we will get you to purchase the new size on your end and will give you the information to return the incorrect size for a full refund (minus original shipping costs). Any return postage costs are to be covered by the customer. This is the best way to ensure you receive your correct size before it sells out and to get it to you quickly.
Faulty items:
Each item is carefully quality checked before postage. In the unlikely case that you consider your item to be faulty, please email us so that we can confirm the return is acceptable. If your item is faulty, we will replace it with the same item. If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund.
